By using the Volcash API or Dashboard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Volcash provides a volcanic ash risk scoring API and real-time dashboard. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

• Free tier: 100 requests/day
• Do not use the API for any unlawful purpose
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits
• Do not resell API data without permission

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Volcash provides risk assessments based on available data. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Do not use Volcash as the sole basis for safety-critical decisions.

Volcash is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
